- Reserve Request Form (printable PDF), for instructors to place items on reserve
- Place Items On Reserve (VT instructors only: may be used for library-owned materials only; the paper form must be used for personal items)
- Schedule Media Materials (VT instructors and VA extension agents only; videos, DVDs, optical discs, 16mm films or slides) for specific dates and delivery methods
